Return Policy

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are not eligible for returns. We are unable to accept returns for these items due to their nature.

Return Reason & Proof

  • Customers must provide a valid reason for the return along with proof (such as photographs, videos, or documentation) of the issue or discrepancy for eligible items.

 

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and evidence for further assistance.
